摘　　要：近年来,水产品重金属脱除技术受到了广泛的关注。该文综述我国水产品污染现状,分活体净化法和原料及水解液重金属脱除的方法两方面介绍水产品重金属脱除技术,并对我国水产品重金属脱除技术进行总结与展望。In recent years,heavy metals in aquatic products exceeding the standard seriously affects the safety and export trade of aquatic products in China. Therefore,the technology of removing heavy metal from aquatic products has received extensive attention. The pollution status of aquatic products in China was reviewed. The technology of removing heavy metal from aquatic products was introduced from two aspects,including the purification of living substances and the removal of heavy metals from raw materials and hydrolysate. The heavy metal removal technology of aquatic products in China was summarized and prospected.
