摘  要:净菜店在O2O电商背景下发展迅速,然而倒闭的也快。基于K-Means算法模型,利用一个连锁净菜企业的门店交易数据,计算出客户的最近消费周期、消费次数和消费金额,构建了一个客户聚类模型,分析了客户的分类状况。研究表明客户在隐退,优质客户在转差,企业经营者必须改善管理。In the context of O2O e-commerce,clean dish shops are developing rapidly,but they are closed rapidly.Based on the k-means algorithm model,the recent consumption cycle,consumption frequency and consumption amount of customers are calculated by using the store transaction data of a chain dish shops enterprise,and a customer clustering model is constructed to analyze the classification status of customers.This study shows that customers are retreating,quality customers are deteriorating,and business operators must improve management.
