摘　　要：高职教育与区域经济发展密切相关。以广东科学技术职业学院物流管理专业为例,研究精准对接区域物流行业企业的精准育人模式。人才培养模式应与区域经济社会发展的需要紧密结合,精准对接行业企业、精准对接生产过程、精准对接职业标准、精准对接兼职教师、精准对接学生的个性化发展。Higher vocational education is closely related to regional economic development.Taking the logistics management specialty of Guangdong Vocational College of Science and Technology as an example,this paper studies the precise education mode of precise docking regional logistics enterprises.Talents training mode should be closely integrated with the needs of regional economic and social development,including precise docking industry enterprises,precise docking production process,precise docking professional standards,precise docking part-time teachers and precise docking students personalized development.
