摘 要:世界各国义务教育演变的历程表明,义务教育的年限并非固定不变,而是随着社会的发展不断被延长。当下我国已基本普及九年义务教育。随着我国教育事业的发展,未来我国将以何种方式延长义务教育年限成为学术研究的热点。该文结合我国义务教育现状,基于已有的教育理论基础,设计了15种可实施的义务教育年限延长方案,分析了不同方案的优势,利用计算机模拟技术对各种延长方案的教育经费投入进行预测,并通过国内知名网站调研了社会民众对延长方案的意见和反馈,以期为教育管理部门的决策提供科学参考。The history of compulsory education in the world shows that the schooling year of compulsory education is not fixed. With the development of the society, the schooling year has been extended. At present, nine-year compulsory education has been basically popularized in China. With the development of China’s education, how to extend the schooling year of the compulsory education in the future has become a hot topic in academic research. Considering with the present situation of compulsory education in China and based on the existing educational theories, 15 kinds of enforceable extension schemes of compulsory education are designed. The advantages of different schemes are analyzed, and the educational expenditure of various extension schemes is predicted by computer simulation technology. And through the well-known websites, the opinions and feedback of the public on the extension schemes are investigated. It will provide scientific reference for the decision-making of the education management department.
