摘 要:目的了解上海市初中生的零食消费情况,为采取有效的干预措施提供依据。方法整群抽取上海市长宁区某所初中预备班到初二的所有学生共计1,028人,采用自行编制《青少年零食消费情况调查问卷》展开调查。结果916人(89.98%)有吃零食的习惯。男生吃零食的比例(86.01%)显著低于女生(95.22%)(χ^2=24.150,P<0.01)。男、女生消费的零食种类类似,男生可乐等碳酸饮料的消费百分比(44.58%)高于女生(34.94%)。学生主要在午晚餐之间吃零食;吃零食的地点主要在家中;学生主要在休息时吃零食(78.82%),其次为看电视或电影时(45.41%)。消费零食的主要原因是感觉饿了(58.95%)、好吃(55.24%)、感到无聊(41.38%),男女生吃零食的原因类似。结论家庭在初中生零食消费行为形成过程中起着至关重要的作用。应采取饮食营养健康教育,加强家校沟通,帮助初中生选择合理的零食,为学生健康成长提供良好环境。Objective To understand the consumption of snacks in junior middle school students in Shanghai, to provide evidence for effective interventions. Methods The total of 1,028 students from the preparatory class to the second class in one junior high school in Changning District was selected. Students were investigated by finishing the questionnaire on the consumption of snacks. Results A total of 916 (89.98%) students had the habit of eating snacks. The proportion of consumption was significantly higher in boys (86.01%) than in girls (95.22%)(χ^2=24.150, P<0.01). The types of snacks consumed of boys and girls were similar, and the consumption proportion of carbonated beverages such as colas was higher in boys (44.58%) than in girls (34.94%). Students mainly ate snacks between lunch and dinner at home. Students mainly ate snacks at rest (78.82%), followed by watching TV or movies (45.41%). The main reason for consumption of snacks were that they felt hungry (58.95%), delicious (55.24%), and bored (41.38%). The reasons for boys and girls eating snacks were similar. Conclusion The family plays a vital role in the formation of snack consumption behavior in junior middle school students. Dietary nutrition and health education should be adopted to strengthen communication between home and school, to help junior middle school students choose reasonable snacks, and to provide a good environment for students to grow up healthily.
