摘　　要：高职院校学生创新创业能力的培养靠教育,更要靠实践。通过对非正式学习视角下高职学生创新创业能力培育的必要性及可行性进行分析,提出了非正式学习视角下高职学生创新创业能力培育的策略,达到高职学生非正式学习高质量创新创业能力培育的目的。The cultivation of students’ ability of innovation and entrepreneurship in higher vocational colleges depends on education and more on practice. In order to achieve the purpose of arming vocational students with higher innovative and entrepreneurial ability in the informal learning, this paper firstly analyses the necessity and feasibility of the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial ability of higher vocational students from the perspective of informal learning, and then puts forward the corresponding strategies of the cultivation.
