摘 要:随着社区建设的飞速发展,社区治理功能的不断强化,国家和社会对社区管理与服务专业人才的需求日益迫切,党和政府高度重视社区人才培养。作为输送社区管理与服务专业人才的重要主体——高职社区管理与服务专业,目前正面临社区工作者社会认知度低、社区管理与服务专业招生困难、社区工作者身份认同度不高、学生专业认同感不强、人才培养的知识能力素养与专业岗位契合度不够,产教融合、校企合作不能适应时代需要等困境,着重分析这些困境,从政府和高职院校两方面来找原因,寻找对策出路。With the rapid development of community construction and the strengthening of the function of community governance, the demand of the state and society for professional personnel in community management and service is becoming more and more urgent. The party and government attach great importance to the training of community personnel. As an important body to transport community management and service professionals, the higher vocational community management and service majors are currently facing low social awareness of community workers and difficulties in recruiting community management and service majors. The identity of community workers is not high, and the professional identity of students is not strong;The knowledge ability accomplishment of talent cultivation and the degree of perseverance of professional posts are not enough;The author tries to analyze these difficulties, find the reasons from the two aspects of government and higher vocational colleges, and find the way out.
