摘  要:目的建立快速、高效的测定方法检测油条中铝。方法采用高压罐消解法对油条样品进行前处理,电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定油条样品中铝的含量,同时测定加标回收率来评价该方法可靠性与准确性。结果铝元素在0.5~2.0 mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数达0.999以上,方法的检出限为0.66 mg/kg,对不同含量水平实际样品进行了平行性测定,测定值相对标准偏差为2.2%、3.6%、2.0%,本实验方法的加标回收率在91.4%~108.4%。结论该方法能准确、简便、快速测定油条中的铝元素含量,具有广阔的应用前景。Objective To establish a rapid and high-efficient method for the detection of aluminium in oil strips.Methods The samples were pretreated by high pressure tank digestion and the content of aluminium in common oil strips was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).At the same time,the evaluation methods of reliability and accuracy of the marked recovery rate were determined.Results The linearity of aluminium in the range of0.5-2.0 mg/L was good,the correlation coefficient was over 0.999.The detection limit of the method was 0.66 mg/kg.The parallelism of the actual samples with different content levels was determined and the relative standard deviations of the measured values were 2.2%,3.6%and 2.0%.The marked recovery rate of the experimental method is 91.4%-108.4%.Conclusion The method is accurate,simple and rapid for the determination of aluminium in oil strips,and it has broad application prospects.
