摘　　要：随着电子技术以及网络的飞速发展,人们每天都要面对大量的信息流,面对海量的信息,如不能及时有效地处理和吸取自己所需的信息,必将被时代所淘汰。对于教师来说,不论是出于自身职业发展的需要,还是作为学生的引路人,具备一定的信息素养,是为了适应社会发展要求所应具备的基本素质,是生存于信息时代的当务之急。文章探讨了教师信息素养教育的概念及内涵,提出了提高教师信息素养的举措及途径。With the rapid development of electronic technologies and networks, people are faced with a large amount of information flow every day. In the face of massive amounts of information, if they cannot timely and effectively process and absorb the information they need, they will be eliminated by the times. For teachers, whether it is for the needs of their own professional development, or as a guide for students, has a certain information literacy, is to meet the basic quality of social development requirements, is the immediate imperative to survive in the information age. The article discusses the concept and connotation of teachers' information literacy education and puts forward the measures and approaches to improve teachers' information literacy.
