摘　　要：围绕目前大型仪器管理中普遍存在的问题,从扫描电镜管理工作已有的经验出发,在基础操作、使用效率、服务质量、管理制度等方面探讨方法,挖掘扫描电镜管理的技巧和效益,使其在科研和社会服务中充分发挥资源优势,为科技的发展提供更好的支持,同时也为其他大型仪器的管理提供了参考和借鉴。According to the common problems existing in the management of large-scale instruments at present, and based on the experience of the management of the scanning electron microscopy, this paper explores upon the methods in the aspects of basic operation, efficiency, quality of service and management system, discusses the skills and benefits of the scanning electron microscopy management, enables it to give full play to its resource advantages in scientific research and social services, and provides better support for the development of science and technology, which can provides some reference for the management of other large-scale instruments.
