摘 要:本文以现代教育教学理念提倡的反思性学习为理论依据,在对调查问卷进行定量分析的基础上,研究了新疆财经大学外国语学院英语专业三年级学生反思性学习水平现状,研究发现:1.英语专业的学生对反思性学习持肯定态度,在学习生活中具备一定的反思意识;2.学生的反思水平存在着显著性差异,大部分学生对老师教授的内容的思考水平是有限的。进而探讨了反思性学习模式构建的必要性并提出四项构建策略:教师的示范和指导作用是其实现的前提;建立反思文档和反思日志及鼓励学生进行反思合作是其实现的途径和手段;优化教学评价机制是其实现的保证。以期能在有效提高英语专业学生反思性学习能力和自主学习能力方面有所帮助。Based on the reflective learning theory advocated by modern education teaching philosophy that learners should be guided to reflect on the learning contents,methods and their own learning efficiency to find and solve problems and explore more efficient strategies and methods so as to cultivate their autonomous learning abilities,this paper conducts a quantitative research on the current situation of reflective learning level of the junior English majors in Xinjiang University of Finance and Economics.The results show that English majors hold a positive attitude towards reflective learning and bear certain reflective consciousness in study and life;besides,there is a significant difference in students’reflective level with limited ability of thinking about learning contents in class.Furthermore,this paper discusses the necessity of constructing reflective learning model and puts forward four constructing strategies with the aim of helping English majors improve their reflective leaning capability and autonomous learning abilities,that is,clarifying the role of teachers’demonstration and guidance,creating reflection document and log,encouraging students to collaborate and reflect and optimizing teaching evaluation mechanism.
