摘　　要：服务区域经济发展是高职院校的主要社会职能。高职工科专业作为区域产业布局的支撑性学科,具有典型的区域性、职业性、应用性的特征。知识经济及新一轮科技、产业革命背景下,结合G·霍夫斯塔德的文化分层理论,以高职工科专业文化体系构建为切入点,创新工科人才培养体系、结构、模式,提升工科人才培养质量,为区域发展提供创新策略与人力资源支撑。Serving regional economic development is the main social function of higher vocational colleges.Engineering majors of higher vocational colleges,as a supporting discipline of regional industrial layout,has typical regional,professional and applied characteristics.Under the background of knowledge-based economy and a new round of technological and industrial revolution,combining G Hough’s theory of cultural stratification and the professional culture system of higher vocational colleges,the paper takes it as the breakthrough point to innovate the training system,structure and mode of engineering talents,to improve the quality of engineering talents training,in order to support the innovative strategies and the human resources for regional development.
