摘　　要：相较于其他专业,高职院校酒店管理专业实习具有特殊性。由于酒店企业人力资源短缺,对学生顶岗实习具有迫切需求,导致学生对酒店等级和岗位的要求较高,但实习过程却往往眼高手低。如何甄选优秀酒店企业,为学生提供贴合自身需要并有长远发展意义的岗位,让学生能够安下心、接地气的工作具有重要意义。Compared with other specialty,hotel management internship in higher vocational colleges has its own particularity.Due to the shortage of human resources in hotel enterprises,there is an urgent need for students’post internship,some students’internship expectation are often unrealistic and they require higher hotel grades and positions.That how to select a good hotel enterprise,to provide students with their own needs and long-term development is of great significance.
