摘　　要：贵州土家族经济社会发展快于其他少数民族,原因可追溯至明代这一区域的土家族土司以及儒学教育。明王朝在西南土司阶层推行的文治教化,以及黔东北土家族土司掌控地方政治、经济带来的民族交融,构成了儒学教育的语境。通过学校教育、祀仪影响及贤达引导三种主要途径,儒学教育培养出大量各级人才,促进民族文化融合,催生出乡绅阶层,为土家族经济社会的快速发展提供了文化软实力。The reason why the development of economy and society of the Tujia Minority in Guizhou is faster than other minorities can be traced back to the Chieftain and the Confucianism education of the Tujia minority area.The cultural and educational measure carried out by the Ming Dynasty in the southwest Chieftain class and the ethnic mingle brought about by the local politics and economics controlled by the Chieftain of Tujia minority in northeast of Guizhou constituted the context of Confucianism education.Through school education,the influence of sacrificial rites and the guidance of sages,the Confucianism education cultivated a large number of talents of different levels,promoted the integration of minority cultures and gave birth to the squirearchy,thus providing cultural soft power for the rapid development of Tujia economy and society.
