摘 要:藤茶作为传统茶类之外的天然类茶植物,具有明显的药食两用性。藤茶以总黄酮和二氢杨梅素为主要活性成分,通过调节血脂和切断炎症机制防止动脉粥样硬化来保障血管健康,通过抗血栓、降血黏改善血液流变异常,通过控制血糖、降低红细胞与血小板聚集指数调节血液成分,通过降低高血压维持正常血流动力,通过防止心肌损伤与减少细胞凋亡来保护心肌细胞。文章就近年来藤茶在以上几方面心血管保护作用的研究情况进行综述。Vine tea is a natural tea-like plant besides six traditional tea categories, has obvious characteristic used as Chinese medicine and tea drinks. Vine tea, with total flavonoids and dihydromyricetin as its main active components, safeguards vascular health by regulating blood lipids and cutting off inflammation mechanism to prevent atherosclerosis;improves hemorheological abnormalities by anti-thrombosis and reducing blood viscosity;regulates blood composition by lowering blood glucose, red blood cell and platelet aggregation index;and maintains normal hemodynamics by lessening hypertension;protects cardiac myocyte by preventing myocardial injury and reducing cell apoptosis. This article reviews the recent studies on the cardiovascular protective effects of vine tea in the above aspects.
