摘 要:专业教育与创新创业教育深度融合(即"专创融合")是高职教育服务国家创新发展的迫切需要,是高职院校内涵发展的必然要求,是提高毕业生就业创业质量的重要保障。针对当前高职院校专创融合中培养目标与产业创新趋势对接不紧密、专业课程与实践平台的系统支撑缺乏、评价体系与管理机制不健全等问题,从以"学"启维度、以"研"掘深度、以"创"立高度、以"用"拓宽度等四个维度探索基于专创融合的"学研创用"一体化人才培养,提出产业创新创业需求与培养目标融合、创新创业项目与课程体系融合、创新创业实践平台与实验实训平台融合、竞赛标准与评价标准融合的"四融合"人才培养框架,构建"三阶段四层次多孵化器"实践训练体系,促进了人才培养质量的提升。Deep integration of professional education and innovation entrepreneurship education is an urgent need for higher vocational education to serve national innovation and development, an inevitable requirement for the connotation development of vocational colleges, and an important guarantee for the quality improvement of graduates’ employment and entrepreneurship. In view of the fact that the training goals is not closely connected with the trend of industrial innovation in the urgently-needed integration, the lack of systematic support for professional courses and practice platforms, the imperfection of evaluation system and management mechanism, this paper explores the cultivation of integrative talents of "learning, research, innovation and application" based on the deep integration of professional education and innovation entrepreneurship education from four dimensions: to start from the dimension by "learning", to explore the depth by "researching", to realize the top by "creating", expanding the width by "using", and to put forward the "four-integration" talent training framework. Based on the framework, a "three-stage, four-level and multi-incubator"practical training system is constructed, and quality of talents training has been improved.
