摘　　要：目的:了解当代高职医学院校医德培养与思政课教育现状,探索二者融合的有效策略,为推动高职医学院校思政教育创新发展提供借鉴和参考。方法:分层整群随机抽取苏州市某高职医学院校2000名医学类专业在校生进行问卷调查。结果:医学生的医德意识整体较强;学校的医德培养成效明显,但仍有待完善;医德培养与思政课教育的融合度有待提升。结论:学校应始终坚持以人为本的教育理念,切实丰富教育内容和实施路径,注重各类师资队伍的有效整合,努力营造风清气正的育人环境,着力构建科学合理的评估机制。Objective: To understand the current situation of medical ethics training and ideological and political education in higher vocational medical colleges, and to explore effective strategies for their integration, so as to provide reference for promoting the innovative development of Ideological and political education in higher vocational medical colleges. Methods: A stratified cluster random sampling survey was conducted among 2000 medical students from a medical college in Suzhou. Result: Medical students' consciousness of medical ethics is strong as a whole;the effect of medical ethics training in schools is obvious, but it still needs to be improved;the integration of medical ethics training and ideological and political education needs to be improved. Conclusion: Schools should always adhere to the people-oriented educational concept, enrich the educational content and implementation path, pay attention to the effective integration of all kinds of teachers, strive to create a clean and healthy educational environment, and focus on building a scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanism.
