摘  要:通过对近700名五年制高职生语文学习动机进行调查,发现五年制高职生语文学习动机中语文学习认知内驱力水平相对较高,而语文学习效能感水平较低;五年制高职生语文学习动机在性别、专业上的差异主要体现在附属内驱力和学业成就归因两方面,在年级上的差异主要体现在认知内驱力、自我提高内驱力和学习意志这三个方面。新的时代条件下,五年制高职语文教学需要更新教育教学理念,树立更积极、更人性化的学生观,了解学生的需求和差异,因材施教,从而更好地激发学生的语文学习动机。By investigating the motivation of nearly 700 five-year higher vocational students in Chinese learning, it is found that the level of cognitive drive of Chinese learning is relatively high among the motivation of five-year higher vocational students, while the level of Chinese learning efficacy is relatively low. The differences of motivation of five-year higher vocational students in gender and specialty are mainly reflected in the two aspects of affiliated drive and academic achievement attribution, and the difference in grade. Differences are mainly embodied in three aspects: cognitive drive, self-improvement drive and learning will. In the new era, the five-year higher vocational Chinese teaching needs to renew the concept of education and teaching, establish a more positive and humanized view of students, understand the needs and differences of students, teach students in accordance with their aptitude, so as to better stimulate students' motivation for language learning.
