摘  要:高校班主任是大学生成长的引路人,在学生心理健康教育中发挥重要作用,目前班主任开展心理健康教育工作比例较低但重视程度日益增强,在工作方法和专业知识方面比较缺乏,需要指导和帮助。建议大力增强班主任开展心理健康教育的培训,注重有效沟通的技能学习、强化案例剖析、丰富知识储备,为大学生成长助力,发挥班主任开展心理健康教育的优势。Head masters are the guides for the growth of students and play an important role in mental health education of the students in University. At present, the proportion of head masters to carry out mental health education is relatively low, but they pay more attention to it. They are lack of working methods and professional knowledge, and need guidance and help. It is suggested that the training of mental health education should be strengthened, the skills of effective communication should be emphasized, the case analysis should be strengthened, and the knowledge reserve should be enriched so as to promote the growth of college students and give full play to the advantages of mental health education carried out by the head masters.
