摘 要:研究旨在降解酒精糟中几种毒素(呕吐毒素、伏马菌素、黄曲霉毒素),为酒精糟制成饲料奠定基础。利用实验得到的一株能够很好降解玉米酒糟毒素菌种酵母19-1,以酒精糟和麸皮为发酵底物进行固态发酵,通过正交试验对固态发酵过程中添加的营养条件进行研究,测得发酵物毒素的含量,并通过重复最佳配方实验对结果进行验证。综合3种毒素测得情况,确定酵母19-1降解玉米酒精糟毒素的最优搭配组合为硫酸铵0%、水12 m L、硫酸镁0.015%、磷酸二氢钾0.05%、葡萄糖0%。The purpose of this study is to degrade several toxins(vomiting toxin, fumonisin and aflatoxin) in alcohol grains,and to lay a foundation for the preparation of feed from alcohol grains. A strain of yeast 19-1, which can degrade toxins in corn alcohol grains, was obtained by strain screening. Alcohol grains and bran were used as fermentation substrates for solid-state fermentation. The nutrient conditions added in solid-state fermentation were studied by orthogonal experiment, and the content of toxin was determined. The results were verified by repeated optimal formula experiments. The best matching combination of yeast 19-1 for degrading the toxins in corn alcohol grains was 0% of ammonium sulfate, 12 ml of water, 0.015% of magnesium sulfate, 0.05% of potassium dihydrogen phosphate and 0% of glucose.
