摘　　要：调查显示,高职生营养知识、饮食行为在性别及文理科别上差异显著,但在年级、生源地上均无差异。高职院校应加强高职生营养知识普及及饮食行为养成教育,拓宽高职院校营养学教育渠道,转变营养学课程的学科专业授课模式。Investigation shows that there were significant differences in nutrition knowledge and dietary behavior among higher vocational students in relate to gender,liberal arts and science.But there are no differences in grade and place of origin.Higher vocational colleges should strengthen the popularization of nutrition knowledge and the cultivation of dietary behavior of higher vocational students,broaden the channels of nutrition education in higher vocational colleges and change the teaching mode of nutrition courses.
