摘　　要：人才培养与课堂教学质量紧密相关,提高人才培养质量首先要提高课堂教学的质量。分析现有课堂教学的不足,改革创新人才培养模式,使教师教得有技巧,学生轻松愉快地学,让课堂真正成为创新人才培养的主阵地。Talent training is closely related to the quality of classroom teaching. To improve the quality of talent training, the first thing is to improve the quality of classroom teaching. Analyse the shortcomings of the existing classroom teaching, reform and innovative talent training mode, so that teachers can acquire skills, students can learn easily and happily, so that the classroom can truly become the main position of innovative talent training.
