摘 要:采用心理资本问卷、社会技能量表、职业决策困难量表对435名高职院校大学生进行调查,考察高职院校大学生心理资本、社会技能对职业决策困难的影响。结果显示,高职院校大学生职业决策困难呈现中等水平,心理资本、社会技能对于职业决策困难具有预测作用,能够解释职业决策困难16%的变异量。高职院校需要积极关注学生心理资本构建与积累,注重社会技能水平提升,以促进学生更高质量就业。The author investigated 435 higher vocational college students using ways of psychological capital questionnaire, social skills scale and career decision-making difficulty scale, trying to find out the influence of psychological capital and social skills on the students’ decision-making difficulty. The results show that vocational college students’ career decision-making difficulty is at a moderate level, and it can be predicted by the students’ psychological capital as well as social skills, since the two factors together can affect career decision-making difficulty to the extent of 16%. The author thinks that higher vocational colleges should do more to help students construct and accumulate their psychological capital, and improve their social skill level so that they can realize higher quality employment.
