教育生态体系视角下应用型本科高校“双创”人才培养机制构建研究

摘　　要：在新的社会发展阶段,高校本科教育的目标转移到双创人才培养方面,创新创业人才的培养,不仅对社会的发展和建设有积极的促进作用,创新创业教育的开展也为高校学生未来的职业规划和就业前景拓宽了道路。双创人才培养体系应创建生态环境,构建管理机制,形成教学内容体系,注重机制的多层次性。In the new period of social development,undergraduate colleges have transferred the educational goal to the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.The development of innovative and entrepreneurship education can play a positive role in promoting social development and construction,and can broaden the road for college students’future career planning and employment prospects.The ways of constructing talent cultivation system of start-ups and innovation should establish ecological environment,should construct management mechanism,should construct teaching content system and should give stress on multi-level mechanism.
