从心理机制的视角谈教师道德水平的提高

摘  要:近年来,随着社会经济的不断建设与发展,教育事业也在随之进步,越来越多的教育工作者步入校园承担其教育重任。待教师入职后,多数教师得到了肯定,但是也有一些存在严重师德问题的教师,这就使得教师的职业道德遭到质疑,多数教师的道德问题通常都是与教师的心理与个性发展相关联的。基于此,本文通过对教师的道德内容进行分析,立足于心理机制角度,探究提高教师道德水平的有效措施,旨在进一步促进教师道德修养的升华。In recent years, with the continuous construction and development of the society and economy, the education industry has also progressed, and more and more educators have stepped into the campus to undertake the task of education. After the teachers started their work, most of the teachers were affirmed, but there were also some teachers with serious problems of teacher morality, which made the teachers' professional ethics questioned. Most teachers' moral problems are usually related to the teachers' psychological and personality development. Based on this, this paper analyzes the moral content of teachers, and explores effective measures to improve the moral level of teachers based on psychological mechanism, aiming to further promote the sublimation of teachers' moral cultivation.
