居住区规划与设计实践课程教学优化——以信阳师范学院人文地理与城乡规划专业为例

摘　　要：居住区规划与设计是人文地理与城乡规划专业的核心课程之一[1],城市居住区建设背景和居民生活需求的转变对居住区规划设计提出新的要求,也为课程实践教学优化指明方向,结合专业特色发展要求,依托学校、学院办学特色,从实践教学内容更新、教学流程改进、实践成果评价三方面提出居住区规划与设计课程实践教学的优化方法,以期提高实践教学效果,增强学生的实践应用能力。Residential Area Planning and Design is one of the core courses of Human Geography and Urban-Rural Planning. The change of construction background and residents' living needs put forward new requirements for planning and design on urban residential areas, point out the direction for practical teaching optimization, depending on the development requirements of professional characteristics and the characteristics of schools and colleges. The optimization methods of teaching content renewal, teaching process improvement and evaluation of practical results are put forward to improve the effect of practical teaching and enhance students' practical application ability.
