民办高职院校如何提高党员发展工作的质量——广东创新科技职业学院新形势下党建工作的思考

摘　　要：我院秉承“控制总量、优化结构、提高质量、发挥作用”的十六字方针,对新形势下新办高职院校如何提高党员发展工作的质量进行了深入思考。分析了党员发展数量减少给党员发展质量、党的先进性和纯洁性以及对我院实际党员发展工作带来的影响,最后针对实际情况提出了制定指标分配制度、加强党务工作者队伍建设,提高党建工作水平、把培养贯穿于党员发展全过程、建立“早启发、早选苗、早培养”的工作机制四大措施。Adhering to the four-pronged policy of "controlling the total number, optimizing the structure, improving the quality, and exerting its functions", our college has made in-depth thinking on how to improve the quality of Party member recruitment in new higher vocational colleges under the new situation. This paper analyzes the influence of the reduction of Party member recruitment on the quality of Party member recruitment, the Party's advanced nature and purity, and the actual work of Party member recruitment. Finally, it puts forward four measures: forming an indicator distribution system;strengthening the team construction of Party workers and improving the level of Party building;integrating Party member cultivation into the whole process of Party member recruitment;establishing a working mechanism of "timely inspiration, timely selection and timely cultivation".
