摘　　要：分析了社会化视角下新生代农民工接受继续教育的必要性,提出要以新生代农民工输入地政府为主体,创新培训组织形式;重视新生代农民工的个性化需求,培训内容应与实际结合;引导新生代农民工科学分配闲暇时间,利用闲暇时间接受继续教育等新生代农民工继续教育策略。This paper analyzes the necessity of continuing education for the new-generation migrant workers from the perspective of socialization, and puts forward the continuing education strategies for the new-generation migrant workers: innovating the organizational form of training with the government of the input place of new-generation migrant workers as the main body;attaching importance to the individual needs of the new-generation migrant workers, and combining the content of training with reality;guiding the new-generation migrant workers to allocate leisure time scientifically, and using leisure time to receive continuing education.
