摘  要:ESI针对不同学科领域,对国家/地区科研水平、机构学术声誉、科学家学术影响力以及期刊学术水平进行全面衡量,为学科建设提供了重要的方向性指导。但是,应当充分认识ESI的局限性,避免在学科建设中唯ESI化。过分追求ESI指标,有可能导致学科人才结构奇异化和学术机构人才领域趋同化,逐步抹杀一个学校长期积累的学科优势,并导致新兴学科发展受限。在一流学科建设中,应进一步完善学科评价指标,以学科顶层规划引导学科人才建设,以发挥特色学科优势实现传统产业的涅槃重生,并合理规划新兴学科,为“双一流”大学建设注入新的生机。ESI provides an important directional guidance for the construction of disciplines by measuring the scientific research level of national/regional research,the academic reputation of institutions,the academic influence of scientists,and the academic level of journals in different disciplines.However,the limitations of ESI should be fully recognized so as to avoid only ESI in the construction of disciplines.Over emphases on ESI may lead to the imperfect of the discipline talent structure and the assimilation of the talents in academic institutions,which may gradually obliterate the academic advantages accumulated by a university for a long time,and result in the development restrictions for emerging disciplines.So in the construction of first-class discipline in Chinese universities,it is necessary to further improve the evaluation index of discipline,guide the construction of discipline talents with top planning,realize the rebirth of traditional industries by giving full play to the advantages of characteristic discipline,and inject new vitality into the construction of“double first-class”by rational planning of emerging disciplines.
