摘　　要：基因检测对于选拔优秀运动员具有重要意义,但是该项技术的应用对体育精神、社会公正理念以及个人隐私都会产生影响。基于对传统德性、公正理论和不伤害原则的认识,理应在坚持基因检测技术的前提下限制该技术的使用。而增强技术主体责任意识、完善基因检测的法律法规、建立弱者生存保障系统,为防范基因检测技术的风险提供了思路。通过采用文献研究法和综合研究法,探讨基因检测在运动员选拔中的伦理困境,并对相应的伦理困境进行探究和找寻解决之法,以期让基因检测技术能在相应的规范条件下更好地服务于运动员选拔。Genetic testing is important for the selection of elite athletes, but the application of this technology has an impact on sportsmanship, social justice and individual privacy. Based on the understanding of traditional virtue, justice theory and the principle of non-harm, it is reasonable to limit the use of the technology under the premise of adhering to genetic testing technology. These provide ideas for preventing the risk of genetic testing technology, such as enhancing the sense of responsibility of technical subjects, improving the laws and regulations of genetic testing, and establishing the survival guarantee system for the weak. Through literature research and comprehensive research, the ethical dilemma of genetic testing in the selection of athletes is discussed, and the corresponding ethical dilemmas is explored and solved, so as to better serve athlete selection with genetic testing technology under the corresponding standard conditions.
