药学研究生创新基地的建设与实践能力的培养

摘　　要：随着专业型研究生的设置及其逐年扩招,研究生培养普遍缺乏创新与实践能力的锻炼。2011年,首批申报“广东省联合培养研究生示范基地”并获广东省教育厅批准,旨在建设全面、创新的药学研究生教育平台;依托该示范基地,让研究生切实接触产业实践课题,参与到相关成果的转化应用与实践推广,重点培养研究生创新与实践能力。就近年来本课题组在研究生教育中的实践经验作一总结,以期为提升研究生培养质量提供参考。With the increasing enrollment of professional type postgraduates,the major problem that troubles the postgraduate education is the lack of innovative and practice abilities.In 2011,based on the experienced education practice,the Guangdong Postgraduate United Training Demonstration Platform (authorized by Education Department of Guangdong) was applied to enhance the postgraduates innovative and practice abilities and let them indeed involve in the industrial practices and the research achievement transformation.This paper summarized and shared our education experiences hoping it can provide useful reference for the promotion of postgraduate education quality.
