摘  要:针对第二课堂对学生工程实践能力和创新能力培养不足,未与第一课堂形成有效互动和补充等问题,利用工程训练中心软硬件资源构建第二课堂创新实践基地,通过改革工程训练教学架构、建立第二课堂教学体系、完善保障和激励机制等措施,实现了第一、二课堂的有机融合,追踪后期效果发现对学生工程实践能力和创新能力的培养起到了促进作用。Problems have been found in the “secondary classroom” activities (mostly pertaining to those outside the normal classroom learning),such as the lack of training on students' abilities in engineering practice and innovation,as well as the secondary classroom’s failure in creating an effective interaction and complementarity with the teachings of the primary classroom.Concerning these problems,software and hardware resources in the Engineering Training Center were used to establish an extracurricular innovation practice base,wherein such measures as reforming the teaching framework of engineering training,building an extracurricular teaching system,and improving the security and incentive mechanisms,were taken to combine the extracurricular activities with classroom teaching.A follow-up survey showed that such a combination is able to facilitate the cultivation of the students' abilities in engineering practice and innovation.
