摘　　要：留学生的管理、教育及服务质量是检验高职院校国际化办学水平的重要指标。目前有的高职院校的留学生管理还存在管理理念陈旧、管理制度不完善、管理团队素质不高等问题。加强留学生管理必须健全科学合理的管理机制、完善科学有效的管理体系、搭建科学完整的管理框架、创建科学通畅的管理渠道。The management,education and service quality of foreign students are important indicators to test the international level of higher vocational colleges.At present there are still some problems in the management of overseas students in some colleges,such as out-of-date management concept,imperfect management system and low quality of management team,etc.To strengthen the management of foreign students,it is a must to improve the scientific and reasonable management mechanism,perfect the scientific and effective management system,establish a scientific and complete management framework and create a scientific and smooth management channel.
