摘  要:高职院校中外合作办学是我国高等职业教育的重要组成部分,其人才培养质量的科学评价不但反映了高职院校中外合作办学的成效,而且也是高职院校中外合作办学改革的重要依据。该问题本质上是一个定性知识和定量知识的融合决策问题,置信规则库推理理论以其在模糊、不完整等主客观信息处理中的优势,可以有效降低评价结果的不确定性。建立了高职院校中外合作办学人才培养质量评价的指标体系,给出了基于置信规则库推理的高职院校中外合作办学人才培养质量评价模型,以郑州铁路职业技术学院为例,分析了该方法的具体应用。Chinese-foreign cooperative education is an important part of higher vocational education in China. The scientific evaluation of cultivate quality not only reflects the effectiveness of Chinese-foreign cooperative education, but also provides an important basis for the reform of Chinese-foreign cooperative education in higher vocational colleges. This problem is essentially a fusion decision problem of qualitative knowledge and quantitative know-ledge. The belief rule base reasoning can effectively reduce the uncertainty of evaluation result because of its advantages in fuzzy and incomplete subjective/objective information processing. This paper establishes the index system and quality evaluation model based on belief rule base reasoning, and takes Zhengzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College as an example to analyze the specific application of this method.
