技术圈必须向生物圈回归

摘　　要："生物圈"和"技术圈"又分别叫做"自然环境"和"人为环境",是环境科学中的两个常用术语。人类诞生之初,二者并没有发生过多的矛盾,基本是和谐的整体,"技术圈"只是自然整体的一个组成部分。但是自从人类科技有了长足发展,特别是世界工业革命以来,人类就越来越不满足于自然一份子的角色,与自然对着干。其结果,使"生物圈"和"技术圈"产生尖锐对立,人们吃尽苦头,这时才意识到技术圈必须向生物圈回归。经过100多年的努力,人们已经找到了一些使二者关系重归于好的措施,主要是:农业回归、工业回归和科技回归等。"Biological circle"and "Technological circle",two terms of environmental science,are also called "natural environment"and "man-made environment"respectively. Both of them have never conflicted but been harmonious as a whole in ancient time,which means "Technological circle"was a part of nature. However, since technology has been developed, especially from the World Industrial Revolution,human have never satisfied with being one of the roles of nature but disobeying. The direct consequence was that the "Technological circle"is sharply opposite to the "Biological circle",which made human suffered fully. But it was lucky that people realized that bringing "Technological circle"back in"Biological circle"is a must then. After more than 100-years efforts,people have found out some measures to repair the relationships between them, mainly including bringing agriculture, industry and science technology back into the nature.
