摘　　要：以近代职业教育思想的起源为研究对象,考察清末以来教育理念的转变、教育制度的改革和实际办学的具体情况,试图厘清黄炎培职业教育思想产生的背景与渊源。This paper, taking the origin of modern vocational education as the research object, investigates the transformation of educational philosophy, the reform of educational regime and the actual situation of running school since the end of Qing Dynasty, trying to clarify the background and the origin of Huang Yan-pei's vocational educational thoughts.
