摘　　要：善恶问题永远是伦理学最为关注的重要内容之一。在经济飞速发展人民生活水平不断提高的今天,伦理问题尤其是善恶问题比起以往更呈现出空前的重要性。作为马克思主义理论工作者,对此进一步研究并作出必要的解答责无旁贷。本文坚持唯物史观,在马克思主义实践观的基础上,对马克思主义中国化善恶观的内涵、特征、传承与前瞻等基本理论问题进行有益的探索。The subject of good and evil is always the important theme of researching moral philosophy. with the arrival of 21st century, some problems about ethnics,esp.about good and evil, called Marxism Philosophical researchers to rethink them and give a reasonable explanation about them. This article, on the basis of Marxism practical theory, adheres to historical materialism, gives advantage probation on the connotation,characte ristics,in hevitance and prospect of Marxism sinicization of good and evil.
