摘  要:为解决传统蒸汽烘房自动化程度低,受环境气候影响等问题,研制了黑茶热泵发花干燥装备。生产试验结果表明,黑茶热泵发花干燥装备可行,发花干燥时间从传统约25 d缩短至19 d,提升加工效率20%以上,并能实现发花干燥过程多工艺分段自动控制。黑茶热泵发花干燥可全年全天候生产,无污染物排放。In order to solve the problems of low automation of traditional steam drying room and the influence of environment and climate, the dark green tea heat pump flower drying equipment was developed. The experimental results show that the dark green tea heat pump drying equipment is feasible, the fungus growing and drying process time is shortened from about 25 days to 19 days,the processing efficiency is increased by more than 20%, and the multi-process automatic control of fungus growing and drying process can be realized. Dark green tea heat pump can be all-weather production throughout the year, no pollutant emissions.
