摘　　要：美国加州大学、加州州立大学和加州社区学院的招生方式彼此融合,共同构成了加州公立高等教育体系,呈现出高度系统化特征。如何在公立高等教育体系内保障高校自身的卓越性与包容性,一直是加州公立高等教育招生实践的重要议题。加州各公立大学根据自身办学层次与理念,在公立高等教育体系框架内,制定了个性化和综合化的招生标准,建立了完善的公立高等教育系统。The California public higher education is highly systematic, consisting of the Universities of California, California State Universities and California Community Colleges. The admission standards in those institutes are closely connected. There is an important issue about how to ensure the excellence and inclusiveness during admission process. Every public university has its own comprehensive admission standards in accordance with their own school-running level and educational idea and sets up a proper public higher education system.
