摘  要:自升式钻井船升降系统是保证钻井船施工作业正常进行的重要系统,齿轮箱作为钻井船升降系统的关键核心结构,精度要求较高。齿轮箱制作的最大困难是尺寸控制,对尺寸影响最大的是焊接引起的变形。通过提前预测焊接变形,采取正确的焊接顺序,对部分无法避免的焊接变形以后续调直工作调整变形,保证建造精度满足要求。The lifting system of jack-up rig is an important system to ensure the normal operation of the drilling ship.As the key structure of the lifting system,gearbox is of high accuracy.The most difficulty for gearbox fabrication is dimension control which is mainly caused by the welding deformation.It is necessary to predict welding deformation in advance and to adopt the correct welding sequence to ensure the desired effect after welding.For some unavoidable welding deformation,the deformation adjustment is carried out through the subsequent straightening to ensure that the construction accuracy meets the requirements.
