摘 要:讨论硬件在环制动控制系统的设计方案,利用直线电机实现踏板力的输入控制完成制动操作。硬件在环控制系统测试准确性关键指标在于输入踏板力后,真空助力器能够快速达到设计目标的压力,这样制动控制系统基于压力及轮速等信息实现对4个轮缸制动压力的控制。对于基于真空助力器设计的硬件在环控制系统,通过引入电子真空泵和真空罐的组合方案实现制动时提供稳定真空度,以达到制动压力快速建压。但该方案引入了过多的非线性环节,通过引入双闭环PI控制方案使硬件在环控制系统能够快速准确地控制电机推动踏板并使制动主缸达到设计值。The design solution of Hardware in Loop(HIL)brake control system was introduced.Linear motor was used to control the brake pedal to realize the brake operation in HIL.One of the critical factors to assure the accuracy of the HIL was the master cylinder pressure of brake part could reach target value fast,which would allow the electric brake control system to control the pressure of the four wheel cylinders of brake system.The EVP(Electric vacuum pump)and reservoir were used to provide stable vacuum pressure during brake operation.However,this design also involved non-linear factor to the whole system.The two PI control was introduced to make the whole HIL system reach the target value fast.
