摘 要:为推动公立医院法人治理体系发展,上海市浦东新区探索公立医院院长年薪制的实践。上海市浦东新区根据市区两级医院及所在医院在编员工的绩效收入的加权平均值,乘以一定的系数(倍数)后确定院长年度目标绩效薪酬总额。系数考虑了医院等级、医疗服务体量、人均综合业务贡献量和风险因素,综合确定。年度目标绩效薪酬总额由基本(基础)年薪和年度绩效薪酬构成,年度绩效薪酬与绩效考核结果挂钩,占目标绩效薪酬总额的30%。Annual salary of the president of public hospitals in Pudong new area of Shanghai is developed,in order to promote the practice of the annual salary system of public hospitals. The total annual salary of the president is a weighted amount of performance salary of the staff in the city,district and self-working hospitals. Meanwhile,a coefficient is adjusted,which is determined according to hospital grade,volume of medical services,per capita contribution to comprehensive business and risk factors. The total annual salary consists of basic annual salary and annual performance salary, and the latter is linked to the results of performance appraisal,accounting for 30% of the total annual performance salary respectively.
