摘 要:地理教学技能是地理教师的基本职业技能。地理师范生课堂教学技能存在教学设计有待完善,导入僵化、形式单一,讲授技巧不灵活、语言不够严谨,"三板"技能缺失、板书缺少设计,创设问题情境不准确,承转、结课类型欠丰富等问题,需从加强新课程改革观念、紧密联系中学地理教育、优化高校师资队伍、改进教育实习方式、完善技能课程、规范技能标准等方面着力改进。Geography teaching skills are the basic professional skills of geography teachers.There are several problems in geography students'skills:their teaching design needs to be improved,the introduction of the lecture content is rigid and its form issingle,the teaching techniques are not flexible and the language is not rigorous enough,the"three boards"skills are not mastered,the board is not well designed,and the problem situation is not accurate,the types of starting,ending and closing of class are not rich,etc.Therefore,we need to improve from the following aspects:emphasize the concept of new curriculum reform,closely connect with geography education in middle schools,optimize the teaching staff of colleges and universities,improve the way of educational internship,perfect the skills curriculum,and standardize the skills standards,etc.
