摘　　要：高校创业教育、创新创业教育是近年教育领域发展的重点,也是教育界、学术界的研究热点。我国创业教育整体起步较晚,但发展至今已经有了不错的成绩,随着创业教育的模式、内容、方法不断更新,其与岗位的实际联系也不断加深,为创业教育的实践提供了新的思路。岗位胜任力是职业教育的核心,是大学生就业、创业的必备能力,在大学教育阶段,基于岗位胜任力培养大学生的创新创业能力,是高校教育发展的重要趋势。基于此,探究基于岗位胜任力的大学生创新创业教育的培养路径。Innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges are not only the key point of the educational field but also a research hotspot in the educational and academic circles.Though started late,good results has been achieved in China's entrepreneurship education,With the constant updating in the modes,content and methods of entrepreneurship education which has been deeply connecting with the post.It also has provided a new way for the practice of entrepreneurship education.Post competency is both the core of vocational education and indispensable ability about undergraduates employment and entrepreneurship.At the stage of college education,To cultivate college students innovative and entrepreneurial ability based on post competency is an important trend of college education development.Based on this,this paper explores the cultivation path of college students innovation and entrepreneurship education based on post competency.
