摘 要:面对“就业难”,越来越多的大学毕业生选择实习来提升自身的就业能力。但是,不同的实习企业带给毕业生的收益并不相同,名企实习越来越受到毕业生的追捧,然而鲜少实证研究能够说明名企实习对毕业生就业的影响。本研究使用 2015年高校毕业生就业调查数据,利用处理效应模型以消除毕业生实习企业选择的内生性来检验名企实习对毕业生就业结果的影响。研究发现,名企实习提升了毕业生起薪的 42.3%(主要是硕士生群体),这主要来源于名企实习的信号作用,主要通过提升毕业生简历通过率来实现;名企实习经历对想进入高收入行业的毕业生和能力水平略低于目标企业要求的毕业生的影响最为显著。Facing the difficult employment situation, many graduates choose to work as interns to improve their employment ability, but benefits are different. The internships in reputable companies are becoming more and more popular with the graduates. However, few empirical studies have explained the effect of an internship in a reputable company on the employment of the graduates. Based on the data of 2015 National Survey of College Graduates, this study uses the Treatment Effect Model to examine effect of an internship in a reputable company on the employment results of the graduates, eliminating the endogeneity of the choice of the graduate. The study found that the internship promoted 42.3% of the first salary of the graduates (especially Master s degree graduates), which mainly came from the signal effect of the internship in a reputable company, through the promotion of the resume adoption rate of the graduates. It significantly influences graduates in high-income industries and graduates whose ability level was slightly lower than required.
