摘　　要：科学合理的学生党员考核评价体系是提升高校党建水平的有效保障,对于改善高校基层党建质量、促进学生党员全面发展、增强学生党支部的生机活力都有着重要作用。考核指标体系的构建应遵循全面性与独立性、科学性与实用性以及定性评价与定量考量相结合的基本原则。通过采用AHP层次分析法,从4个维度构建了23个三级指标,以SPSS22.0为工具确定各指标权重并进行一致性检验,以期更加公正客观地评价学生党员。A scientific and reasonable assessment and evaluation system for student Party members is an effective guarantee to improve the level of party building in universities. It plays an important role in improving the quality of Party building at the grass-roots level in colleges and universities,promoting the all-round development of student Party members and enhancing the vitality of student party branches. The construction of the evaluation index system should follow the basic principles of comprehensiveness and independence,scientificality and practicability,and the combination of qualitative evaluation and quantitative consideration. By using AHP analytic hierarchy process,23 three-level indexes are constructed from four dimensions,and SPSS 22.0 is used as a tool to determine the weight of each index and carry out consistency check,so as to evaluate student Party members more impartially and objectively.
