摘　　要：教师职业素养在儿童文学学科与课程建设中有举足轻重的作用。师范院校儿童文学教师应准确理解课程目标定位,系统掌握儿童文学学科知识体系,不断提高儿童文学理论研究、课程资源开发和指导学生实践教学的能力。如此,方能推动儿童文学课程和学科的发展,培养适应时代需要的合格师资。Teacher’s professional quality plays an important role in the discipline and curriculum construction of children’s literature.Teachers of children’s literature in normal universities should accurately understand the orientation of curriculum objectives, systematically grasp the knowledge system of children’s literature, and constantly improve the ability of theoretical research, curriculum resources development and guide students,practical teaching. Only in this way can we promote the development of children’s literature courses and disciplines and train qualified teachers to meet the needs of the times.
