开放远程教育人才培养质量观的发展与启示

摘　　要：开放远程教育人才培养质量观因时而进,经历了从低级向高级、从简单向复杂的动态发展过程,梳理我国远程开放教育人才培养质量观的历史发展轨迹,经历了从全面质量观到全面素质质量观再到精英质量观,从单一质量观向多元化质量观发展的演进历程。总结历史经验,要因势利导,与时俱进,构建符合开放教育形态和定位的开放远程教育人才培养质量观。The talent cultivation quality concept in open and distance education has gradually evolved with time, and experienced a simple to dynamic development process. The historical route of talent cultivation quality concept in China’ open and distance education is from comprehensive quality to comprehensive qualitative concept, and to elite quality concept, and from single to diversified quality concept at the same time. We should summarize historical experience, keep ahead with time, and build a talent cultivation quality concept in open and distance education in accordance with open education condition and target.
