从工匠群体看非命题导向的知识观  

On View of Non-proposition-oriented Knowledge from the Perspective of Craftsman Group

摘　　要：相对而言,工匠群体要比常人更依赖实践智慧,更倚重非命题导向的知识。可以说,工匠群体通过实践生动地诠释了非命题导向的知识。然而,对工匠群体的认识论分析毕竟很难览尽不约而同地发生于20世纪50年代的非命题导向的知识观革新运动之全貌。通过对非命题导向的知识观革新运动的进一步阐释,不仅使我们更为深刻地理解了非命题导向的知识及其认识论意义,而且也促使我们思考如何在书面教育日益普遍化和知识快速增加的情形下,对命题导向的知识和非命题导向的知识予以整合,以使自身的知识结构更为合理,更富创造力。In contrast, the craftsman group relies more on phronesis and non-proposition-oriented knowledge than the average people.It can be said that the craftsman group interprets vividly the non-proposition-oriented knowledge through their practice.However, the epistemological analysis of the craftsman group alone fails to help us see the whole picture of the non-proposition-oriented knowledge view innovation movement which happened in the 1950s.Therefore, a further explanation of the above innovation movement not only offers us a deeper understanding of the non-proposition-oriented knowledge and its epistemological significance, but also makes us think about how to integrate proposition-oriented and non-proposition-oriented knowledge under the circumstances of the popularization of written education and the rapid increase of knowledge, so as to make our own knowledge structure more reasonable and creative.
