摘  要:持续推进一流本科教育改革发展,提升教师教学能力是关键。教师如何避开现实困境,真正实现有效的课堂教学,既关乎学校本科教学质量,又和教师及学生的个人职业生涯发展紧密相连。本文通过以样本高校教师和学生为调查对象,采用问卷和访谈相结合的方式,对目前高校教师教学发展深入研究。针对教师教学发展的现状,探求教师教学发展的内生和外在动力,内涵和外延双驱并进来激发教师教学兴趣和教学组织活力。结合样本高校校院联动的实践探索,从政策导入、评估介入、名师深入、文化植入四个方面构建高校教师教学发展的新机制。It is the key to continuously promote the reform and development of first-class undergraduate education and improve the teaching ability of teachers. How to avoid the real dilemma and truly achieve effective classroom teaching is not only related to the quality of undergraduate teaching, but also closely related to the personal career development of teachers and students. This paper takes the sample college teachers and students as the survey object ,and uses the combination of questionnaires and interviews to study the current development of college teachers' teaching. Aiming at the status quo of teacher's teaching development, the author explores the endogenous and external motivation of teacher's teaching development, and both connotation and extension drive to stimulate teachers' teaching interest and teaching organization vitality. Combined with the practical exploration of the linkage of colleges and universities, the new mechanism of teaching development of college teachers is constructed from four aspects :policy introduction, evaluation intervention, in-depth teacher training and cultural implantation.
